botrytis chardonnay vinegar

MOUNT Barker wine vinegar is naturally fermented from premium wines produced on Merilyn Basell’s and Arthur Patterson’s 10.2-hectare estate vineyard west of Mt Barker in the historic area of St Werburgh’s. The red wine vinegar is made from shiraz and the white wine vinegar from chardonnay. The vinegar does not contain any preservatives and has not been pasteurised. As it still contains some mother culture it will produce some sediment as it ages.
