FARMER Juan Haro and his sons grow the renowned paella rice flor de calasparra on fifty hectares in a high fertile valley near the Segura river in the Spanish province of Murcia. Its production, quality and authenticity is guaranteed by a denominacion de origen overseen by a regulatory council.
