
VIRGINIA Enzerink made her first condiment in her kitchen at Narrabri in north-western New South Wales in 2002. Six years later, her Tall Poppy brand of all-Australian ingredient products has grown to eight labels, including caramelised capsicum, a tantalising wild lime butter, and poppyseed dressing. These eye-catching foods are now made from the heart of the Cowra food and wine region in central-western New South Wales using fresh local produce free of preservatives.
