Walk into their Bulwer Street kitchen on the edge of Perth's city precinct and be enveloped in fragrant, tantalising aromas of freshly-ground spices and beautifully-prepared pastes and condiments. Turban Chopsticks includes a fine, bright jewelled mung as part of a five-line, one-pot pouch range. As Mei explains: 'We do half of the work with our products, leaving you to add fish, meat and vegetables to make a tasty meal'. The royal briyani combines eleven roasted spices and rice ready for cooking. Turban Chopsticks' thai green curry paste is fast becoming a hallmark. All products are entirely vegetarian and do not contain any artificial preservatives or additives. The range is also suitable for vegans and some lines are gluten-free.
