BIG Island hampers are created with the finest foods from the world’s largest island. Named for a handful of unremarked, unspoiled islands in the waters off the Western Australian coast, these hampers contain artisan nougat and biscuits, varietal honey, superb spice blends, condiments, dried fruits and fabulous smoked ocean trout — all that an adventurous castaway might want.

Steamboat island contains foods produced or made only in Western Australia, from Sophisticake’s sumptuous wheatbelt panforte and Rochelle Adonis fresh nougat to Elixir’s raw, unfiltered honey and Food Symphony’s chocolate shiraz liqueur and fig terrine.

Michaelmas island extends the palette to Annie Smithers’ hand-crafted hot chocolate and vanilla sugar breakfast-in-paris, Lyndall Vandenberg’s blood orange sauce — both made in regional Victoria — Larsen & Thompson china black puerh tea, grown for chinese emperors, and Pariya’s persian pashmak, orange blossom water and either sugar-frosted pistachios or raahat from Isfahan, the horticultural heartland of Iran

Epsilon island offers an eclectic mix of foods, from Casey Sheehan’s Delicaseys’ dark chocolate and Nekta single fruit cordial to Tall Poppy’s poppy seed salad dressing, Sophisticake’s wheatbelt fruit cake and Pariya’s delicious lime-roasted pistachios.

Corvisart island includes Tetsuya’s renowned smoked ocean trout from Tasmania’s Macquarie Harbour, Peter Watson’s amazing onion and porcini mushroom roasted in balsamic vinegar, Mother Meg’s almond butter balls, Lyndall Vandenberg’s preserved lemons and sugared sweet chilli sauce, Tabletop Grapes’ naturally dried muscatels on the stem, Rochelle Adonis’ rose petal fresh nougat, and Cambray ewe’s milk ashover white mould cheese. Each hamper is presented in bespoke boxing, ribboned and labelled.

Christmas island has been created from Sophisticake’s handmade wheatbelt fruit cakes, biscuits and puddings, including delightful christmas dove-shaped honey biscuits.

French island includes four boxed bars of Rochelle Adonis nougat.

Orders and delivery
We invite you to order your Big Island hamper by printing this form, completing it, and returning it to us by facsimile, email or post. Contact information is shown on the form. Orders within the Perth metropolitan area are delivered within 48 hours of placement. Delivery to country, interstate or international destinations can be made by arrangement. While stocks are available year-round, occasionally we may need to substitute one product for another of equal value. If so, we will contact you for approval. For country, interstate or international orders for the corvisart island hamper, you should be aware that we will substitute the Cambray ewe’s milk ashover white mould cheese and Tetsuya’s smoked ocean trout for shelf-stable products of equal value.
